honestly very upsetting I did read another review about app not being user friendly as far as modification ect. my order was 2 dollars short of 30 DOLLARS! what made it most upsetting is #1 I placed my order the night before tobe picked up at a certain time in the morning to avoid the wait time and surprise or should I say disappointment i get there at said time and of course it wasn't ready waited almost 10 Minutes for my order and no I didn't go thru the drive thru I got down to go to the wdw

Update: I can't even order. What is the combo for the Pixie Stix mix? Because you removed it, and that's lame. App is new. Definitely room to grow. Worst thing y'all started with was removing the old mix options that were available on delivery apps. Plus, I hate apps that make you choose the location before you can view the menu. Half the time they don't load quick enough when you're in line when you gotta make that extra step. Good luck making this a good app,

I like that I can use the app to have coffee delivered when I can't make it to the shop and still earn points. However, sometimes door dash messes up an order and there is no way to report or go in and get reimbursed when an order does arrive. And using the loyalty points via the app doesn't work right. Points can't be applied to delivery fees, which is fine, but you can only have one payment method selected. So I can't use my card to cover the balance when the loyalty points option is selected.
